  • Please Be Seated – Report to TxDOT if you have seen a clear violation of the Texas Child Passenger Safety law. Form designed with TX license plate number, date sighted,

Time, approximate age of child and location of vehicle. Violations observed could include:

Unrestrained in the front seat Sitting in a passenger’s lap

Sitting in the driver’s lap Standing up in the front seat

Moving around freely in the vehicle Riding in the open bed of truck
