The survey entry or edit page allows you to enter a new
survey or change the answer on an existing survey. The “Youth Attitudes
and Behaviors” survey and the “Community Attitude Survey” are different
from the others in that these surveys must be tabulated before being
entered. The data that will be entered is the number of respondents who
answered “yes”, “no” or “not sure” for each question.
With all the other surveys (since only a few people will be
filling out a given survey) you merely fill in the answer to the questions
the way the survey respondent answered. The information at the top of
these surveys (Name, organization, phone, and email) is provided strictly
for your reference to identify survey respondents. This information can
assist you in identifying which surveys have been entered into the system.
